Dawson Neighborhood Association Meeting Minutes, June 14, 2021

Julie Woods, President, called the meeting to order.

1. Minutes 4-12-21 approved.

2. Lindsay project update: Board of Adjustments hearing postponed to Oct. 14, 2021.

3. Neighborhood center mosaic project was discussed as described in the May/June newsletter. The DNA

   will need community involvement, including Dawson Elementary School students and teachers, to

   help pay for the project with volunteer hours. Designs are being accepted.

4. Alpine Pond: an environmental group is helping trim invasive grasses.

5. Pickle Road/Lessin Ln: vacant houses on Lessin Ln look like they could be moved soon.

6. Lessin Ln project: BOA meeting scheduled for April was postponed to 6-14-21. Developer petitioned

   for a waiver of 25 ft setbacks from Lessin Ln and Krebs Ln.

7. Our next meeting might be in person at Dawson Elementary School.

8. Andrew McCann volunteered to update the DNA website.

9. Pros and cons of delivering printed DNA newsletter were discussed.
