South Austin Neighborhood Center Art Project: Submission Instructions

  1. Print out the blank tile template PDF file from the DNA web site: https://www.dawsonneighborhoodassociation.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/TileBlanks.pdf
  2. Draw your designs. A clear idea is more important than drawing quality. Think of a story you’d like to tell about your neighborhood, then play with drawing that story in different ways using the three tile shapes. See examples below.
  3. Scan your designs or take a clear picture (use Notes’ scan feature if you have an iPhone)
  4. Send the pictures to drmacro@gmail.com (Eliot Kimber) with the subject “Community Mosaic Project”
